If you have not received your hotel confirmation, please check your Spam folder for emails from “LEGOLAND.” Alternatively, you can visit our self-service portal, Manage My Booking, by clicking here.
Steps to Access Your Hotel Confirmation:
- Visit the Manage My Booking Portal: Go to the LEGOLAND website and navigate to the “Manage My Booking” section.
- Select “Travel Documents”: Once in the portal, select the “Travel Documents” option.
- View & Save: Click on “View & Save” to either download or print your hotel confirmation.
Information You Will Need:
- Booking Number: This can be found on your Confirmation Email.
- Name: The last name of the guest who completed the booking.
- Email: The email address used at the time of booking.
Retrieving Your Booking Number:
- If you don’t know your booking number, click on the “Help” button in the Manage My Booking portal. Follow the prompts, and your booking number will be sent to you.
