All your travel documents, including park tickets, will be emailed to you 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Please note, this means 48 hours prior to the 4 PM check-in time on your arrival day. If you make a reservation within 48 hours of arrival, your tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
For multi-day tickets, all visits must be used within 3 days of your first visit.
Please note that you cannot load your tickets into the LEGOLAND App until you have received your hotel ticket voucher email. Your hotel booking number will not work for this purpose.
Steps to Add Your Tickets to the LEGOLAND App:
- Receive Your Ticket Voucher Email: Wait for the email containing your ticket vouchers. This will be sent to you 48 hours before your arrival, or within 24 hours if you booked within 2 days of your arrival.
- Open the LEGOLAND App: Download and open the LEGOLAND App on your mobile device.
- Locate Your Ticket Order Number: Find your Ticket Order Number on the ticket voucher in the booking overview box.
- Upload Your Tickets: Enter the Ticket Order Number into the app to upload your tickets.
Once uploaded, you can use the app to access your tickets and enjoy your visit to LEGOLAND New York!
