We offer a variety of accommodations and services to help make your visit as comfortable as possible. Upon arrival, please stop by Guest Services, located near the Park entrance, if you have questions or need assistance.
Available accommodations include:
- Assisted Access Passes for eligible guests.
- Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
- ADA-accessible shops, restaurants, theaters, and the majority of rides and attractions throughout the Resort.
- Accessibility information to help guests plan their visit before arriving.
For guests with mobility needs, riders must be able to transfer into ride vehicles independently or with assistance from a member of their party, as our Model Citizens are not permitted to lift guests into or out of ride vehicles.
