Yes! LEGOLAND® New York Resort is committed to making the park experience enjoyable and accessible for all guests. That’s why they offer an Assisted Access Pass, designed for guests who may have difficulty waiting in traditional lines due to physical disabilities, medical conditions, or cognitive challenges.
🧩 What is the Assisted Access Pass?
The Assisted Access Pass is designed to provide an alternate option to access our rides for guests with physical and cognitive disabilities. It is not designed to bypass waiting for our rides entirely. Please head over to any of the Guest Experience Centers located within LEGOLAND® New York Resort to acquire a pass and for further inquiries.
👨👩👧👦 Who can use it?
The pass is valid for the guest it’s issued to and up to five additional members of their party (six guests total). The guest who receives the pass must ride in order for the rest of the group to participate.
📍 Where to get it:
Visit Guest Services at the park entrance to request the pass. The team will walk you through how it works and help you get set up.
⚠️ Important Notes:
- The Assisted Access Pass is not a front-of-line pass—you’ll still wait the posted ride time, just not in the physical queue.
- Passes are issued at the discretion of LEGOLAND® New York staff and may be revoked if misused.
- Visit Guest Services to learn more and enroll.
