LEGOLAND New York Resort is open rain or shine! While we can guarantee a memorable experience, we unfortunately cannot control the weather or certain circumstances beyond our control. If a portion of our rides and attractions are closed for an extended period due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Resort Management will activate our “Experience Promise.” If this policy is activated, guests will be able to use their existing ticket for one (1) more visit within one (1) calendar year from that date.
Please note, this does not apply to Passholders or Education Groups. Parking is not included in the Experience Promise, so you will need to purchase a parking pass on the day of your return. No refunds will be issued.
LEGOLAND New York Resort is in the Hudson Valley, which experiences seasonal changes. Occasionally, the varied seasonal temperatures will impact our operation. Seasonal closures will be posted on our Seasonal Closures page.
Tickets are non-refundable, but you may be able to use the Booking Portal to rebook your tickets.
How do I use my Experience Promise?
Hold on to the ticket you scanned to enter the Park on your original visit. Bring it back with you, along with your ID, for your return visit and head to the Admissions Ticket Window. Your tickets will be verified, and the team will assist you. Please check our Operating Calendar in advance of your visit for open days and operating hours.
What dates have been classified for the Experience Promise?
Unsure if your visit qualifies for the Experience Promise? Check the dates here for the days we activated the policy. Please allow 48 hours for Experience Promise dates to be added to the list.
