- Purchase in Advance: Make sure to purchase your birthday message at least 48 hours prior to your visit. Slots are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Message Details: Your custom birthday message will appear on the digital marquee at the 4D Theater in LEGO City. The message will be visible throughout the day on the date you have booked.
- Character Limit: The message can be up to 12 characters long, including letters and special characters. Please type the name carefully and completely, as corrections cannot be made once submitted and purchased.
- Restrictions: No inappropriate language, emojis, or refunds are allowed.
