In‑Park Purchases
If you are not satisfied with your LEGOLAND® store purchase, you may return it within 90 days with your proof of purchase. We can return, exchange, or replace the item based on your original payment method.
Additional return shipping charges may apply.

LEGOLAND® New York Resort will not process any refund without valid proof of purchase.
Please note:
- Items cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
- Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Other restrictions may apply.
Online Store Purchases
All products shipped from LEGOLAND® New York are inspected for damages before shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Returns are permitted within 30 days for items in original, sealed boxes.
When returning:
- Pack items securely in a sturdy package.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
- Email nywebsales@legoland.com to request a return label.
Orders may be cancelled only until the order status updates to “Shipped.”
