All your travel documents, including parking tickets will be emailed 48 hours prior to your arrival date. If you make a reservation within 3 days of arrival, your tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
If you have not received your tickets, please search your Spam folder for “LEGOLAND” or you may visit our self-service portal, Manage My Booking by clicking HERE.
Once you have logged in. Select "Travel Documents" then click on View & Save, on the line it says "Voucher". You will now be able to download and print your tickets.
