If you have opted to purchase Trip Protection Plan, you may change or cancel your reservation up to 4 P.M. Eastern Time 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Any changes to your reservation are subject to availability and new prices may apply. If cancellation occurs by 4 P.M. Eastern Time 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date, then full payment is refunded in the original form of payment, minus the non-refundable Trip Protection Plan fee. If cancellation occurs after 4 P.M. Eastern Time 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show, then all monies are forfeited. No cancellations or modifications are allowed within 5 days of arrival.

It is best to add Trip Protection Plan when making your booking online, but you may add it up to 24 hours after you’ve made your booking by calling 888-690-5346. Our hours of operation are 9am - 5pm Monday thru Friday and 10am - 6pm on Saturday and Sunday, Eastern Time.
