Step 1: Download the LEGOLAND® Resort App here
Start by downloading the official LEGOLAND Resort app on your mobile device. It’s available on both the App Store and Google Play.
Step 2: Navigate to “My Visit”
Open the app and go to the “My Visit” section. Here, you’ll find the option for “My Tickets & Passes.”
Step 3: Add Your Pass
Tap “Add Tickets & Passes” and enter the order number and email address used during your pass purchase. This will upload all passes associated with that order.
Step 4: You’re All Set!
Once uploaded, your digital passes will be accessible in the app. Just show them at the gate and throughout the park for entry and benefits.

- Your pass is valid from the date of purchase, not the first visit.
