If your Season Pass number is showing as invalid, you can easily find your correct Season Pass number using the My Account Portal for LEGOLAND® New York. Follow these steps:
Access the Account Portal:
- You can access the My Account Portal through a direct link here, the link within an email received after making a purchase, or by using the Order Lookup screen.
Log In:
- Enter the Order ID and Email Address from your original order and click the Sign In button.
Navigate to Memberships:
- Once logged in, go to the Memberships section in the left-side menu.
View Membership Details:
Here, you can view your active memberships, including your Season Pass number.
If you do not remember your Order ID, follow these steps:
Recover Account:
- Select the Recover Account button on the Login screen.
- Look up your order using your Email Address and Phone Number.
