If your Season Pass number is showing as invalid, you can easily find your correct Season Pass number using the My Account Portal for LEGOLAND® New York.
Access the Account Portal
- Access the My Account Portal through the direct login link here, the link within your purchase confirmation email, or by using the Order Lookup screen.
Log In
- Enter the Order ID and Email Address from your original order.
- Click Sign In.
Navigate to Memberships
- Once logged in, select Memberships from the left-side menu.
View Membership Details
- Here you can view your active memberships, including your Season Pass number.
If You Don't Remember Your Order ID
Recover Your Account
- Select Recover Account on the login screen.
- Look up your order using your Email Address and Phone Number.
